2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Third-Party Booking System
All service bookings are processed through our third-party booking provider, Meevo. By booking a service, you agree to Meevo’s terms and conditions, including any applicable processing fees or policies set by Meevo.
Quapaw Baths & Spa is not responsible for any system errors, payment processing issues, or service availability changes on Meevo’s platform.
2.2 Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our booking page.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to full-service charges.
Refunds are subject to approval and may take up to 10 business days to process.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following health restrictions:
Individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators, or pregnancy are not permitted in public pools, private baths, or the steam cave.
Individuals who are menstruating are not permitted in public pools.
Our services are not recommended for those with high/low blood pressure or heart conditions unless controlled by medication.
We do not offer massage services for individuals with blood clots or those who are pregnant.
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to book any services.
Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled service. Late arrivals may receive a modified service based on availability but will end at the scheduled time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Quapaw Baths & Spa is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, medical complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of our services.
By using our website and services, you waive any claims against Quapaw Baths & Spa related to service outcomes, booking errors, or third-party processing issues.
Guests assume full responsibility for any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Quapaw Baths & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or booking services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party platforms such as Meevo have their own data policies, and Quapaw Baths & Spa is not responsible for their handling of personal information.
